Printing in Digital Editions disabled for all files

Hello,

I am trying to print files from Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) 4.5 on my Mac computer but the "Print" menu item is greyed-out on all pdfs I open in ADE. I've checked the file permissions on all my files in the ADE library and the file permissions for all my files indicate I can print on any device. I even tried printing the "Getting Started with ADE 4.5" document and the "Print" menu item is greyed-out.  I have authorized my ADE software via the help menu. Has anyone else had this issue?
