Printing is out of frame in Adobe Digital Editions

I'm trying to print a couple of pages from a book I bought that can only be opened in Adobe Digital Editions. The problem I'm having is that when I print the page comes out of frame (only about 3/4 of the page is correctly printed) so I can't read the complete page. How can I get ADE to print correctly? I've checked the information on the book about printing and it states printing is licensed on all devices.
