Printing Issues

Hello,

I currently work for a firm that bought the online verson of a law book. I have called to confirm with the selling sompany of the licensing and it is able to be printed. I am having extreme trouble with fitting each page, either the bottom or right side get cut off; even with playing with the scaling.

Any advice appreciated.
