Printing not available

I purchased an ebook that is suitable for printing however my computer doesn't offer me the option to print. It is marked in 'grey' and cannot be selected. I have tried it on both a Mac Desktop and Windows Laptop without any luck.

Can someone help please?

Any eBook have no pemissions to print. To check if this the problem ask the reseller of the eBook if print are possilbe.
