problem connecting Kobo with adobe digital editions software

Trying to link my kobo with the adobe software but it doesn't seem to recognize that I have it.  Any help on how to get the software to see my device would be greatly appreciated.

    I have a similar Problem - I can´t copy eBooks on my Kobo after I had an digital Editions update and had to Change my Password. Who can help?
