Problem connecting Pocketbook to Adobe DRM

I have a Pocketbook eReader and I am trying to connect to Adobe DRM. According to chat support on this site this would be a Digital Editions connection.
When I try to conect it I get an error similar to:
Activation failed.
E_ADEPT_ACCOUNTINFO_ERROR http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/GetCredentialList E_pocketbook_ACCOUNT_INFO Incorrect user uuid

I am experiencing the same problem. Also on a Pocketbook device. Any solutions or guidance on how to overcome the issue?
