Problem downloading from ade to bluefire

I get “this book was downloaded with another Adobe ID” when I try download my books to Bluefire Reader

Then some of the books do not downloads - saying they were downloaded with another Adobe ID (which is the same as I am using) and I need to add that account so I can download the books.  What can I do?
