Problem drm account and exceeded authorizations

Hi,

I just tried to retrieve my ebooks (drm protected) on my new mobile phone via pocketbook application. When i tried to open them, I got a message that I am not authorized (already authorized by a different Adobe ID).  I made several attempts and with other ereader applications and they showed me a similar message.

As a result i exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed. And now I dont know what to do with either of my problems. I communicated with adobe helpdesk by message and by  phone and they told me to post here my problem.
