Problem during authorization process: list of ebook vendors

During the authorization process a list of ebook vendors comes up where you have to choose one and log on with the corresponding data to continue.

Alas, I don't know any of them and couldn't find an answer to this problem on the Support site (I am trying to authorize from the German website).

Anybody had this problem before?
