Problem for the authorization of the pc (Windows 7)

Hi, I bought an ebook on google play, I made the authorization on my pc with the ID provider google and I could read.Then I accidentally deleted the authorization and now I can not access more with the ID Provider google and then I can not read the ebook. What is the problem?
