Problem in deauthorizing ADE Devices that does not exist anymore.

I've authorized Adobe Digital Editions on 6 various devices in the past that I currently no longer have in my possession, so right now I can't authorize my current laptop and phone.

 

Is there something I can do to reset the authorization - erasing the past authorizations - to make room for new authorizations? At least, so that I could authorize my current laptop.

    I have the same problem as you too. i tried to deauthorize and reauthorize adobe but when i import the DRM, Adobe sends me an error message. I think I will hire a technician for cleaning the win 10 registry
