Problem in dragging a ebook from Adobe to my Kobo Glo

Hello

I purchased a e-book from a provider I already used, downloaded and opened in trhu Adobe Digital Editions and I cannot drag it into my authorized Kobo Glo. last time, It was simple and easy. The error message says that it is not possible to copy the document.

could you help me?

Have you tried right clicking on the book you want to transfer and than selecting copy to KOBO? This is how I transfer to my glo.

Yes, i tried to copy on Kobo by right clicking but we got the same message of error

I really don't know how to resolve it .....

Can you please confirm whether the Kobo Glo also authorized with the same user account?

Yes, the ereader has the same user account.

Also, we had, in the past, successfully copied a ebook bought at the same place, on the same computer and Kobo.
