Problem open an ACMS archive

Hello All,

I bought an eBook from HPE and installed Adobe Digital Edition in November 2024. Unfortunately my laptop was stolen, and now that I have installed the application again, it does not allow me to open the file, and I have no way to open a ticket in Adobe. What can I do? Image attached
