Problem opening an acsm file

Good day. I bought book from Kobo books a tried to get it to my Pocket Book e-reader. My computer authorizes without problem, but when I am trying to open .acsm file that I downloaded from Kobo, it gives me error: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, but everywhere I write the good Adobe ID. Can someone help me, please?
