problem reading an e-book on ADE

hello, i just purchased and downloaded an e-book from Wiley Publishers, but when i try opening it on ADE (v.4.5 for Mac), i get an error message saying:

"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY".

please help!!

    actually, found the answer searching through the forums. problem arose bacause i'd recently changed my password. needed to deauthorize ADE and then reauthorize, which fixed the problem.
