Problem seeing digital editions on my iPad

Hi

I bought a Digital Edition and successfully downloaded on my PC. I followed the instructions and registered the BlueFire with the same Adobe account. then transferred the pdf to my iPad using DropBox. but I cannot open the file. it says "This item was originally downloaded with a different user account" which is not true.
