problem to authorize my new computer

Hi

I have changed my computer. I downloaded again ADE on my new computer; however when I tried to authorize my computer, I cannot. the message telling me that this address is already used for another computer appears. same thing with my ebook. I cannot transfer new book on my ebook.

I don't know what happen and how to solve the problem. anyone has an answer?
