Problem uploading books

I was using Adobe Digital Editions with no problem for a couple of month.  Then I got an error when I tried to upload a book from the library "Error getting License.  License Server Communication Problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12".  I tried removing and re-loading the program but that did not help.

    Please follow below steps:

    1. Uninstall ADE

    2. Please download the latest ADE 4.0.3.117585

    3. Launch ADE

    4. Help -> Erase authorization.

        ADE will be deauhorized.

    5.  Now again AUTHORIZE ADE

          Help-> authorize computer.

    Note: After this, you will not be able to open books that are fulfilled using anonymous accounts (authorized computers without an ID).
