Problem with acsm on my ipad

Hi,

I just purchased a book with acsm extension.

I down loaded the app ADE from AppStore on my iPad, signed in with my id, it auto downloaded. when finished, application hanged and closed.

I tried several times, deleted app, reinstalled it, without any luck

I can open the file in the desktop app on my pc (windows 10) but not on mi iPad.

Help please!
