Problem with ADE authorizing my computer

I downloaded ADE 3.0. ADE was authorizing my computer for 1 hour. Nothing happened. Just blue light always running. Quit. What's the problem, please?

Yes I  did everything is disabled yes I tried Adobe Digital Editions that is the problem authorizing the computer

The problem is digital edition get no access to the activaiton server. Disable of Firewall are not solved it. Better you add the Programm as sure programm.
