Problem with Adobe Digital Editions

Hi I have purchased a book through Google Play books and am trying to download it to my ebook using Adobe Digital Editions.

I have downloaded books this way previously but now its not working.

I get this message CE-COPY-NOT-ALLOWED -No permission to copy this book. I have gone into the help section of Adobe Digital Editions and it is telling me that my computer is Authorized to copy books.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem.

    Same eBooks of Google has no permissions to copy to other place.
    Right Click on the eBook in Digital Edition.

    Choose Mediainfo.
    Its display the permissions.
