Problem with authorization

I have recently gotten a new computer, and I'm now trying to access an e-book via Adobe Digital Edition. When I try to authorize it keeps telling me, that the vendor account is not associated with the item.

When i deauthorized and then authorized it again I got this error message:

"error getting license. License ser communication problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"
