Problem with Authorization

Hi,

I tried to authorize my computer in order to read an E-Book but I get the following error message.

I unistalled the program and reinstalled, same problem stays. The computer is the only device where I use ADE, so I really have no clue what the problem might be.

I asked the Adobe customer service and they could not help me because ADE it's a free product, so they suggested me to write my problem here.

Has this happened to someone already?`How did you solve the problem?
