Problem with authorization in my pc

I have digital editions v3.0 and when i try to authorize it it appears this message:  This equipment is authorized without ID,  When i tried to downoald a .ASCM file it appears ERROR ACTIVATION PRODUCT.  I already try to enter with my Adobe ID but it appears this message:  

Im getting crazy..............

Please help
