Problem with Digital Editions

When I wanted to download a e-book to my iPad  the App want's a Adobe ID. After giving the ID the App prompt that the Adobe ID used to purcese the book is a different one an I should use that one. I can't remember the password for that Adobe ID how can I fix this?

    Go to "www.adobe.com"

    Click on "sign in with adobe id".

    On the sign in page, click in "trouble signing in".
