Problem with Downloading Ebook, that is secured with ADOBE ID

hi i bought a book ( farseer trilogy) for my e bookreader and it was secured with ADOBE ID. So i registered at ADOBE, but there was still an issue.

It says that i should redownload the ASCM-file and try again and if that doesnt work contact the costumer help service, who send me here.

Anyone help please ?
