Problem with reading my digital book by Adobe digital editions 3.0 after moving from XP to Win 10

I am trying to read my digital book by Adobe digital edtion s 3.0,

on my new desktop (win 10) and get the message -

"There was an error opening this document. The security plug-in required by this command is unavailable"

This was the situstion openning with Adobe Reader,

Trying to open with Adobe digital edtion 3.0

I am asked to authorize the computer.

but my old Adobe id +password are not confirmed.

Trying to change password - Doesn't help
