Probleme mit acsm-Datei

Habe mir ein E-book gekauft. Es wurde mir als acsm-Datei übermittelt. Bei Doppelklick erscheint folgende Information: Download nicht möglich. Fehler beim Abrufen der Lizenz.

Lizenzserver-Kommunikationsfehler: E_AUTH_BA_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12. Wer kann mir weiterhelfen?

    For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.

    Launch ADE

    Help -> Erase authorization.

    ADE will be deauhorized.

    Now again AUTHORIZE ADE

    Help-> authorize computer.

    Error will be fixed !!
