problems getting adobe digital edition to authorize on multiple PC's

i am an IT support person. i have a user that purchased an e-book from a vendor. she installed it on her PC but she never created an Adobe account. so its locked to her PC. she wants to authorize it on some other computers but hasn't been able to up to this point. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    i also found this online about this problem. this is the part i need to figure out the solution for below..

    If you choose to authorize your computer without an ID, you will still be able to view eBooks on your computer. However, you will not be able to transfer or download those titles to other devices.
