Problems opening external links

Hello, I have a lot of problems opening the external links of the books that we have produced because by default the browser that ADE uses is Internet Explorer and the support of IE11 for windows has ended on June 15, 2022. This causes some of the links they do not work. Is it possible to change the browser that ADE uses to open the links?
