problems to transfer ebook to my E-book reader (Denver EBO-610L)

I had this ebook reader since christmas and it has been working prefectly

but suddenly I could not open the book I was reading,

I tried to download it again, but then I got this error message,

tried a different ebook title, but I got same error message.

Anyone that knows what has gone wrong?

have a solution?
