PROBLEMS WHEN AUTHORIZING THE COMPUTER

I try to authorize the computer in Adobe Digital Editions.

 

When I enter my Adobe ID and my password an error message appears saying:

"Incorrect ID or password for selected provider".

Neither the ID nor the password is incorrect, both are well written and correct.

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

I tried to talk to the technical service (3 people) and nobody knew how to help me.
