Problems with adobe ID after reinstalling windows

Hello! I just restarted my computer. I saved all my data. The ebook I used to read on this computer now doesnt work. Adobe digital asks me for ID, I gave my ID and it doesnt work. Apparently "this account is not associated with this file". I have one account, one email.
