Program won't open on screen.

Every time I open ADE on my windows 8 computer it opens off screen to the left. I have checked if it's my extra monitor but that is to the right so that's not the issue. When the program opens off screen I can't see it - I only know it is there because when I minimize the program it minimizes from the left. So it is not on screen and I can't move it into the screen because the mouse can't go off screen. I have tried uninstalling and installin again which only led me to have the problem with program crashing every time I minimize it.

If anyone can help I would be very glad as I have my school books on ADE.
