Purchased book and not able to read in another computer

hi

I have created user name and password in my huwei laptop to read one book purchased online.However I wanted to read in my company desktop when I reach in office. but I am not able to do that

In my company there is also Adobe digital but all computer are with administrator password.I told my IT to put admin password to open the desktop and its open but showing nothing

How can I read the book I purchased in another computer or mobile
