Question

Originally I used a Kobe reader and am now using a iPad.  I had been hacked under the .com address and have closed that email and am now using.ca instead.  Koboe have moved all my books over to the .ca address but I can not load them because I forgot the original password for .com and I  am under .ca now with them can you help me
