Question
I Have two laptops ACER, both have ADE 4.5 loaded and authorised, on one I can successfully download ebooks and transfer to my KOBO reader. On the other I have problems and tried to unauthorise ADE but keep getting error message incorrect password. The password I use is valid as I can access my adobe account using it. All I need to do is reset my password on this laptop. Both laptops use use the Windows 10 upgrade.
