Question about copying a book to Digital Editions

I downloaded digital editions to my PC. I then borrowed a book from my library's overdrive account. When I tried to copy it onto my nook, digital editions put up a notice that said, "No Permission to copy the book" and it would not copy. What can I do to correct this problem?
