I have received an message:  Error! Check Activation.   Please can you help resolve this

    Try deauthorizing and then reauthorize with the Adobe ID.

    When the Adobe Digital Editions is open go under Help and choose Erase Authorization.

    Then authorize again over computer authorize under help.
