Radio button with price and text field to sum

Hi,

I am new with Acrobat forms and I have a sales form with different products and price level (depending on warranty) to be selected.

Is it possible to attribute a cost to each radio button and then have a total field with amount from all selections?

Please note there will be product 1: x4 radio button with x4 costs - only 1 to be selected, maybe none

Than product 2: x4 radio buttons with x4 different costs - only 1 can be selected, maybe none

In total there are 9 products with 4 price level each.

At the bottom page there is a "Total" field that I would like to sum the value of all radio buttons selected.
