Re-authorize my PC

Hi all,

Please can anyone help me how to re-authorize my PC. After I reinstalled Windows in it, my digital edition was deted. I re-installed digital edition and when I tried to re-authorize with my Adobe Id I get a TOO-MANY_machines error. How can I reset my PC?
