Hi,

I hope someone can help me.

I try to edit the editable vector design that I ordered and done by professional. 

However, the document is "preview" I can not edit.

Please advise me how to be able to edit it.

    In Digital Edition could not edit a file. You are sure then used the right Channel of this Forum?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I contacted the person who did my design and asked to unlock it.  It solved the problem.
