re-link annotations

I recently had my computer rebuilt during a support incident.  I have re-downloaded my books into Digital Editions.

I have the original annotation files from a backup.  Is there any way to link them to my new Digital Editions and pdf that was created?  I don't want to have to re-bookmark and highlight everything again.
