Re-set authorisations

I need to re-set my authorisations for Adobe Digital Editions. Spoke to someone on Chat who couldn't help and sent me a link that wasn't helpful either. Seems other people are having problems with this topic. Can ANYONE please advise how we can get our authorisations re-set, without being sent round and round in circles. Many thanks
