Reached limit of devices. Reset?

I have done a reset and I want to read the ebooks I have on ADE but the following message appears.

 

"This device cannot be authorized with your ID because you have reached the limit of devices that can be authorized with the same ID"

 

How do I request an activation reset? Chat support doesn't help. ON FAQ, it says "If you reach the limit, contact Customer Service to reset your activations". I can't find their contact. How do I proceed?
