Reauthorisation

Having issues connecting to Borrowbox.  Have reverted to ADE v 4.0 . Issue with Activation so de authorised computer. When try to re authorise get error message -E_STREAM_ERROR:winner returned 0:(0)

This is both with and without Adibe ID

Any suggestions?
