receiving error msg while trying to erase authorization in order to re-authorize

I downloaded an ebook from my school library and also downloaded adobe digital editions, my acct is vcamilo@my.hpu.edu

When I tried to launch my ebook I received an error msg “error! Check activation”

The help desk asked me to erase my digital editions authorization and re-authorize.  I tried to erase my authorization and  I received another error msg “unable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time.”
