Recover my e-books

  I've been downloaded again some ebooks that I already have  and I get the message "registred for anonther user"

      I've been purchased a new e book and there is no problem, so it works fine. The only problem is with the books

      purcahsed before the computer crash

     Could you or someone else help me please.
