refusing to install/download,

When I click the windows version to download/install digital editions, I get redirected to a page that has 'server not found' .

Its the only page that wont load for me and ive tried several times , any advice on how to fix this , or what I could be doing wrong ?

Edit - had friend download on their laptop and they gave me the install file on a usb. No idea still why page wont open on my pc.
