REGARDING MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME BOOK

Hi 

I am getting tired of reaching out to the adobe team 

This is becoming pointless 

i have tried and tried to get in touch and i think that a live chat of some sort for this product will help a lot so do please consider it

My problem is that when i download a book and try to open it every time it creates a copy

please tell me how i can first get rid of all the copies and books and at least download fresh 

without having multiple copies of the same book 

I USE A WINDOWS 10  LAPTOP 

NOT A MAC
